Week4 - MONDAY - it doesn't look like a lot has happened but the timber kit is being built - foul weather, cold and sleety and windy. Electrics disconnected to house, but nice and cosy in the garage.

this could be the ingress for the telephone cable
how do you get it in and to the other side of the building without disturbing the exterior
probably problem solved
the kit - today's part

the electrics cupboard - all disconnected

except for a light, a socket for the builders and power to the shower (so we can still be clean)

the cable to the garage

its new route into the electrics cupboard

MONDAY - start of week 3. Oh dear, 'pictures of drains are not very interesting'; however they are essential, and need to be done first.

No picture post today, as I have been out and about all day and now its dark - 5.30 pm.  But, I can tell you, wall is going up between sitting-room and hall, and it looks like the new bedroom excavation has been backfilled and tamped ready for sand layer and dpc - maybe Wednesday they will pour the slab!  It's so exciting for us.
