First we have a builder - then we have no builder - maybe this time next week we will have a builder.

Have been insulating the garage, for winter quarters......... if we have a builder!!!!!

Today it is warmer outside than it is inside.

Architect has described the 'house' as a windbreak - gives you some idea of the task ahead.
